Blue Dot was founded by Blue Robinson and his wife, Dorothy “Dot” Robinson — giving the neighborhood institution its unforgettable name.
Since 1946, Blue Dot has become known for the kind of straightforward food and unmistakable character that can’t be manufactured. It’s part burger joint, part Bar-B-Q spot, and part Pensacola history.
